Accessing MS365 πββοΈ Logging into the Office 365 Portal for the first timeHow do I log into Office 365 for the first time? To sign in to your Office 365 account, proceed as follows.
On your pc, open a browser window, and browse to the following URL: https://myapplications.microsoft.com arrow-up-right
If you already had company email on Google, then use your old account
If you've not had company email on Google. Type your email address with: [email protected]
Click βNextβ Type your password, use:
Welcome-VN"Employee number" :: Example: Welcome-VN12345 (W and VN are capital words )
Click Sign-in
From here on, there are two methods to authenticate your login through your mobile device. This is a mandatory step that needs to be completed by all Microsoft users.
Option 1 - Using SMS to authenticate
Option 2 - Using the Microsoft Authenticator app
To proceed select option 1 or option 2 from the instructions below.
Option 1 - Using SMS to authenticate
Choose I want to set up a different method. Select Phone from the drop down list and click Confirm
Select your region Viet Nam (+84) Next
Enter the six digit code sent to your mobile device by SMS and click Next
Click Next
Click Done
Click Yes
From the icon, select Outlook to access your emails
Option 2 - Using the Microsoft Authenticator app
Downloading the Microsoft Authenticator app on your mobile device
Android: Go to the play store and search for the Microsoft Authenticator app, and download the app
iPhone: Go to the app store and search for the Microsoft Authenticator app, and download the app
Once you have downloaded the app on your phone, you are now ready to proceed on your computer. Click Next

On Mobile phone
Open the Microsoft Authenticator application
Click on the + sign and select Work or School Account
Choose scan QR Code
Once the QR code has been scanned., select Fitness and Lifestyle Group [email protected]
On the computer
Click on Next
On mobile phone
At the prompt click Approve
Click Next
