👨💻Allow External Users To Join Teams Meeting Without Approval
Allow For Teams Web App:
Create a meeting as a host. Teams will send an invitation email to your mailbox
Click Meeting Options in the footer of the invitation email.
On the Meeting options page. Select Everyone in the field “Who can bypass the lobby?” to allow external users to join the meeting without approval.
For Teams Windows Desktop App:
Create a meeting as a host and join it
In the chatting list. Select the meeting that you have just created and Join.
The below window appears. Click on the (…) symbol. Next click Meeting Options
On the Meeting options page. Select Everyone in the field Who can bypass the lobby?
From now External Users can join the meeting with the link/invitation without approval by the host.
